Full House ran for eight seasons and was one of the few primetime sitcoms to have more than 190 episodes.
Early
in its run, Full House received awful reviews, but it still became a popular favorite, even as it continued to receive not-so-good
reviews throughout its run.
Set in San Francisco, this is a show about a very loving family headed by Danny Tanner,
who became a single father when his wife, Pam Tanner, was killed in a car accident. Pam's brother Jesse, and Danny's best
friend Joey Gladstone moved into the house to help Danny raise his three daughters D.J., Stephanie, and Michelle.
Starting
from season 2, most of the episodes for the rest of the series had what is called a "teaser", which is a scene that is shown
before the theme song and opening credits start. Some episodes in the series had what is called a "tag", which is a scene
that is shown during the closing credits at the end of the show.
The Full House theme song, "Everywhere You Look",
was written by Jeff Franklin, Jesse Frederick, and Bennett Salvay, and it was performed by Jesse Frederick. Jesse Frederick
and Bennett Salvay also wrote the background music for Full House, which included the music that was used to signal commercial
breaks.
